Hotels
Below are some of our recommendations on where to stay for the wedding. Note that summer is peak tourist season in Rapid City and the Black Hills, so we encourage booking early. Due to the existing high demand, we are having difficulty securing courtesy room blocks for our guests, but there are plenty of options - hotels, motels, Airbnbs, and more. Coordinate with friends and family to stay near each other.
Hotels near the Reception
These are the hotels we recommend staying at in Hill City, near the reception venue. The Hills are very busy during the summer, so we recommend booking rooms early.
Hotels between Ceremony & Reception
These two hotels are located on the south side of Rapid City, about halfway between the ceremony and reception venues. We currently have a link for 15%-off at the ClubHouse.
Motels & Cabins in the Hills
There are a number of smaller motels and cabins in the hills near the reception.
Hotels near Ceremony
If you would prefer to stay in Rapid City, closer to the ceremony venue, there are many hotels downtown or on I-90, all of which are about a 10 minute drive from the ceremony venue.
Airbnb / Vrbo
There are also many vacation rentals around the Black Hills available to rent on Airbnb, Vrbo, or other similar sites. If you would like to be close to the reception venue, search around Hill City, SD and Three Forks, SD.
